Good, one small gripe
The order confirmation email went to spam. Found it eventually. Everything else was fine.

Adding us to your contacts usually fixes that, Sameer. Sorry for the hunt.

Sorted a courier problem for me
Courier claimed I wasn't reachable. Instead of telling me to deal with it, support got on the phone with them and it was delivered next day.

Response from Curapetz
Chasing the courier is our job, not yours, Rupali. Glad it was resolved quickly.

contents had set solid
One block that wouldn't break up. Clearly stored somewhere damp before it reached me.

Response from Curapetz
That points to storage, Sharmila. Please contact support.

Delivery tracking actually updated
Most sites give you a tracking link that sits on "shipped" for three days. This one moved through each stage properly so I knew when to be home.

Response from Curapetz
Thanks Nitin. Tracking pushes straight through from the courier, so it should stay current — glad it did.

scoop is easy to see
Bright coloured so it doesn't vanish into the powder.

Good for a multi-dog house
Three dogs, and something is always being prescribed for one of them. Ordering is quick and the invoice comes through on email straight away, which helps me keep track.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Three at once is a lot to keep straight, Anita. Glad the emailed invoices are useful — you can pull past ones from your account any time.

Invoice download worked
Needed last quarter's bills for a claim. All of them were sitting in the account section as PDFs. Took two minutes.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
All invoices stay in your account indefinitely, Kiran. Glad it saved you the trouble of asking.

expensive over a long course
Adds up across months. Quality isn't the issue, the cumulative cost is.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Long courses do mount up, Ganpat.

careful with a fragile order
Had a glass item in the same order and it came wrapped separately with extra padding. Someone was paying attention when packing.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Fragile items get packed separately, Leena. We'll pass the compliment to the warehouse team.
