• Specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice.
• Product availability is subject to stock and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Refurbished or pre-owned products are clearly marked and sold "as is" unless stated otherwise.
• Product listings, including composition, dosage and pack size, are provided for identification only and are not a substitute for veterinary advice. Always follow the dosage directed by your Veterinarian.

• GST Inclusive: All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Consultation Fees: Veterinary consultation fees are shown before booking and are charged per consultation, independent of any Products purchased.
• Price Changes: Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is fixed at the time of order confirmation.
• Payment Methods: We accept UPI, NEFT, credit/debit cards via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery where available.
• Advance Payment: Prescription Products and cold-chain items must be paid for in advance and are not available on Cash on Delivery.
• Currency: All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery within 5–10 business days. Expedited options available on request.
• Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. Below ₹2,000, a flat shipping charge applies as shown at checkout.
• Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover to the logistics partner.
• Undeliverable Shipments: If a shipment is returned undelivered due to wrong address or non-availability, re-delivery charges apply.
• Delivery Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
• Cold-Chain Items: Vaccines and other temperature-sensitive Products ship only to serviceable pin codes and may follow a different delivery schedule.

• Sourcing: All medicines are procured from licensed distributors and manufacturers. Batch number and expiry are recorded at dispatch.
• Shelf Life: We do not dispatch any medicine with less than the minimum remaining shelf life stated on its product page.
• Exclusions: We are not responsible for Products stored contrary to their labelled conditions after delivery, administered against veterinary advice, or used beyond their expiry date.
• Quality Complaints: Contact us at our support team with your order number and a photograph of the pack, including the batch and expiry panel. We will investigate with the manufacturer.
• Adverse Reactions: Stop administration and seek immediate veterinary attention if your pet reacts badly to any Product, then report it to us so the batch can be reviewed.

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Not use the Website for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its servers.
• Not submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information including fake GST numbers or addresses.
• Not resell our products below the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) without our written consent.
• Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Curapetz shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Third-party actions, courier delays, or force majeure events.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product/service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
