Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead means a shorter wait. Use "Book a vet" and our team will confirm a time with you.
Which services do you offer?
Consultation, vaccination, deworming, diagnostics, dentistry and grooming. Availability varies by location — check the clinic card for its service list.
Do you handle emergencies?
Two of our locations are open 24 x 7 for emergencies. Call the clinic directly before travelling so the team can prepare.
Booking & Visits
How do I book a consultation?
Submit the consultation form with your pet's details. A request is not a confirmed appointment — our team will call you to arrange a time.
Can I choose a specific vet?
Yes. Pick a preferred vet on the booking form and we will try to match it to their availability.
What should I bring to the visit?
Any previous prescriptions or vaccination records, and a list of what you have noticed at home. Photos or a short video help a lot.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your pincode. Enter it on the product page to see an estimate before you order.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned in line with our return policy. Prescription medication is excluded for safety reasons.
