Paid by UPI, no issues
Checkout took the UPI payment first try. I've had other sites fail twice and then double charge, so this was a pleasant change.

Response from Curapetz
Good to hear, Vinod. If a payment ever does fail and still debits, write in and we'll trace it rather than making you wait on the bank.

arrived hardened
Contents had gone solid and wouldn't come out at all. Presumably stored badly somewhere.

Response from Curapetz
That points to storage, Shehnaz, and it shouldn't have shipped. Please write in.

packaging discreet
Plain outer box with no indication of what's inside. Sounds trivial but I'd rather my building's security didn't inspect it.

Response from Curapetz
All our parcels go out in plain outer packaging, Anand. Thanks for mentioning it.

Bill matched exactly
What I was quoted at checkout is what appeared on the card statement. Sounds obvious but it isn't always.

Response from Curapetz
It should be obvious, Girish — thanks for the vote of confidence.

had to chase the invoice
Order was fine. The GST invoice didn't come automatically and I needed it for reimbursement, so I had to write in. Got it the same day though.

Response from Curapetz
Sorry you had to ask, Ramesh. Invoices should land with the dispatch email — we'll check why yours didn't.

My cat licks it off
Have to keep her occupied for a while after. Product is fine, cats are cats.

Response from Curapetz
Cats are indeed cats, Shubhangi. Ask your vet whether a collar is worth using.

Packaging soaked through
Parcel arrived wet after two days of rain and the carton was falling apart. Refused to accept it. No offer of a replacement until I asked three times.

Response from Curapetz
Refusing it was the right thing to do, Kirti, and you shouldn't have had to ask three times for a replacement. We're sorry — please reply to your ticket so we can put it right.

price crept up
Slightly more than my last order a couple of months back. Still reasonable, and the service is good enough that I'm staying.

Response from Curapetz
Supplier costs do move, Aruna. We hold prices as long as we can. Thanks for staying.

Fine product, poor communication
Heard nothing between the order confirmation and the parcel arriving nine days later. No dispatch mail, no tracking.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
You should have had a dispatch mail with tracking, Bipin. We'll check why it didn't send.

Screw cap, not a flip
Prefer a screw cap for something I keep in a drawer. Nothing has leaked.

Response from Curapetz
Screw caps do travel better, Pushpa.
