Bottle is fine, dropper is fine, price is a bit steep for the volume.

delivery charge added after payment
The total at checkout and the amount debited didn't match. Difference was small but I noticed.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
The debited amount should match checkout exactly, Deepti. Send us the order number — if there's a discrepancy we'll refund it.

small print on the potency
Had to hold it under a lamp to read. Important information should be bigger.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Agreed on importance, Ganesh. Ask us if it's ever unclear.

Never arrived
Marked delivered eight days ago. Nothing came. Watchman has no record of it. Still going back and forth with support.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
A parcel marked delivered that never arrived needs a courier investigation, Mohit, and we should be driving that, not you. Please reply to your ticket and we'll escalate it today.

no hidden delivery charge
Free above a threshold and it was stated plainly on the cart page, not buried. Came to less than I expected.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Charges go on the cart page for exactly that reason, Ismail. Thank you.

minor labelling smudge
One corner of the outer label was smudged in transit, presumably damp. The pack underneath was perfectly legible.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Thanks for checking the pack itself, Snehal. The outer label is ours and we'll look at the printing.

packed in a rigid box
Glass in the post makes me nervous but it came inside a moulded insert with padding.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Glass always gets the rigid box, Anagha.

happy enough
Good price, fair delivery time, correct item. The website design is a bit cluttered but that's cosmetic.

Response from Curapetz
Thanks Kalpana. Cleaning up the layout is ongoing work.
