Order edit was allowed
Realised I'd picked the wrong quantity ten minutes after paying. Support fixed it before dispatch instead of telling me to cancel and reorder.

Response from Curapetz
Glad we caught it before it left, Mahesh. Message us quickly like that and we can usually amend.

smells like meat rather than medicine
He comes running when the strip opens now, which is a first.

Keep them out of reach then, Salim.

delivered to the wrong flat
Went to 402 instead of 404. Neighbour passed it on. Product was untouched but it could easily have gone missing.

Response from Curapetz
That's a courier error and a lucky outcome, Emmanuel. We've reported the misdelivery.

Good for a multi-dog house
Three dogs, and something is always being prescribed for one of them. Ordering is quick and the invoice comes through on email straight away, which helps me keep track.

Response from Curapetz
Three at once is a lot to keep straight, Anita. Glad the emailed invoices are useful — you can pull past ones from your account any time.

my dog is wise to it now
Third round and he will not take it however I present it. Product's fine, he isn't.

Response from Curapetz
Dogs do catch on, Ujwala. Your vet may know a form he'll accept.

Would use again
Solid first experience. Marking four until I've seen how they handle something going wrong.

Response from Curapetz
Fair test, Faiz. We'd rather be judged on that than on the easy orders.

wrong weight band
Ordered the large and the small arrived. Had to wait another week.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
A serious pick error given these are dosed by weight, Nadeem. We're reviewing it.

Properly labelled
I've been burned before by a seller whose packs had a smudged batch number. This one had everything printed clearly, manufacturer details and all.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
That's a fair thing to be wary of, Ritu. We source only through licensed distributors and every pack should carry a legible batch and expiry.

Correct but late by a day
Promised Wednesday, came Thursday. Told in advance though, which counts for something.

Response from Curapetz
Glad you were told rather than left waiting, Pravin. Sorry for the slip.

packaging discreet
Plain outer box with no indication of what's inside. Sounds trivial but I'd rather my building's security didn't inspect it.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
All our parcels go out in plain outer packaging, Anand. Thanks for mentioning it.
