site kept clearing my cart
Lost the cart twice before I managed to check out. Might be my browser. The order itself was fine once it went through.

Response from Curapetz
Cart should persist for several days, Pallavi. If it happens again, tell us your browser and we'll dig in.

clear liquid, easy to see
I can tell when a drop has landed, which I couldn't with the gel I used before.

Response from Curapetz
Being able to confirm it landed is genuinely useful, Padmini.

Took a week
Ordered on a Monday and it turned up the following Tuesday. Nothing wrong with the product but that is slower than I was told at checkout.

Response from Curapetz
A week is too long, Ashok. Send us the order number and we'll look at what happened on that route.

Very short expiry
Under three months on arrival. For a course that runs weeks that's uncomfortably tight.

Response from Curapetz
Three months is shorter than our standard, Ganpat. Contact support and we'll swap it for longer-dated stock.

expiry after opening printed
The pack states how long it lasts once opened, which matters for eye preparations.

Response from Curapetz
That's an important date to follow, Farzana. Discard as directed rather than keeping it.

Refill arrived in time
Timed the order so it would land before the current pack ran out and it came two days early. Planning around this store is straightforward.

Response from Curapetz
Glad the timing worked, Gaurav. If a refill ever looks tight, drop us a note and we'll check dispatch for you.

handled a wrong address well
I'd saved an old address by mistake. Called them and they redirected the parcel mid transit. No charge for it either.

Response from Curapetz
We can usually redirect before the final hub, Bhaskar. Glad we caught yours in time.

Money gone, no order
Paid, got no confirmation, nothing in my order history, and the amount is debited. Four emails, no reply.

Response from Curapetz
A debit with no order record needs fixing today, Arvind. Please send the transaction reference — we will trace it and refund if no order exists.

good, slightly slow
Four days rather than the two the site suggested. Product was exactly right and well packed, so only losing a star for the wait.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Four days is longer than we'd like, Divya. Delivery estimates vary by pin code but we'll look at why that route ran slow.

nozzle tip is quite wide
Drops are larger than I'd like. Works, but a finer tip would waste less.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Thanks Hema — passing that to the team who deal with manufacturers.
