delivery charge surprised me
Fell just below the free delivery threshold and the charge pushed the total up more than I expected. My own fault for not checking.

The threshold shows on the cart page, Neelam, but clearly not prominently enough. We'll look at that.

arrived well sealed
Foil under the cap intact and the bottle bagged separately from the rest of the order.

delivery estimate was optimistic
Said two to three days at checkout, took five. Not a disaster but I'd rather see an honest estimate than a hopeful one.

Response from Curapetz
You're right, an honest estimate is more useful than an optimistic one. We're recalibrating by route, Sophia.
