no smell to speak of
Barely any odour, which makes my cat far less suspicious than with the last one.

Cats notice everything, Suraj. Glad this one slipped past.

Sorted a courier problem for me
Courier claimed I wasn't reachable. Instead of telling me to deal with it, support got on the phone with them and it was delivered next day.

Response from Curapetz
Chasing the courier is our job, not yours, Rupali. Glad it was resolved quickly.

Packaging soaked through
Parcel arrived wet after two days of rain and the carton was falling apart. Refused to accept it. No offer of a replacement until I asked three times.

Response from Curapetz
Refusing it was the right thing to do, Kirti, and you shouldn't have had to ask three times for a replacement. We're sorry — please reply to your ticket so we can put it right.

Cap is easy to lose
Small and not attached. Mine is somewhere under the sofa. A hinged cap would be better.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
A hinged cap would solve it, Simran. Feedback noted.

Fifth order now
Been ordering since March. Nothing has gone wrong yet, which after five orders means something.

the little things
Order slip inside listed everything clearly, and there was a small note about how to reach support. Nothing flashy, just organised.

Response from Curapetz
Organised is what we're going for, Madhavi. Thank you.

neat little carton
Small thing but the box was the right size for the order, not a giant carton with air in it. Less waste.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
We try to match the box to the order, Shalini — good to hear it landed right.

Small enough for the travel bag
Bottle fits in a pocket so it comes with us when we travel. Cap has stayed shut every time.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Good to know it travels, Om.

came in two parcels
Ordered three items and they arrived on different days in separate boxes with no warning. Everything turned up eventually.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Split shipments happen when items sit in different warehouses, Trupti, but we should tell you upfront. We'll fix that notification.
