good, slightly slow
Four days rather than the two the site suggested. Product was exactly right and well packed, so only losing a star for the wait.

Four days is longer than we'd like, Divya. Delivery estimates vary by pin code but we'll look at why that route ran slow.

Middle of the road
No real problems. No real delight either. It's a shop and it sold me a thing.

Vet wrote it, you had it
Two chemists near me didn't stock this. Found it here on the first search. Saved me an afternoon of driving around.

Response from Curapetz
Local availability is a common gap, Imran. Glad the search turned it up first time.

Middling
Does the job as a shop. Website is a bit slow on mobile and I got logged out during checkout once.

Response from Curapetz
The mobile checkout issue is worth us chasing, Sameer — thanks for flagging it. Let us know if it recurs.

fine, tablets smell strongly
Noticeable when the pouch is open. Doesn't bother the dog, bothers me.

no substitutions without asking
They were out of the exact pack and called to ask rather than sending something similar. That one phone call earned my repeat business.

Response from Curapetz
We never swap a product without asking, Nivedita — it isn't ours to decide. Thanks for saying so.

tablets are scored
Can halve them easily for my smaller dog, on the vet's instruction.

Response from Curapetz
On the vet's instruction is the important part, Sharmila.

packaging discreet
Plain outer box with no indication of what's inside. Sounds trivial but I'd rather my building's security didn't inspect it.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
All our parcels go out in plain outer packaging, Anand. Thanks for mentioning it.
