minor labelling smudge

One corner of the outer label was smudged in transit, presumably damp. The pack underneath was perfectly legible.

Response from Curapetz

Thanks for checking the pack itself, Snehal. The outer label is ours and we'll look at the printing.

seal was broken

The seal was already punctured in two places when I opened the box. I would not use anything that arrived like that. Very disappointing.

Response from Curapetz

You were right not to use it, Shabnam. That should never leave our warehouse. Contact support with a photo and we'll replace it and look at that batch.

hard to apply to a wriggling pup

He will not hold still for the few seconds needed. Entirely a me problem.

Sample review β€” demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

Puppies are hard work, Digvijay. Two people is often easier than one.

Arrived safely, slow dispatch

Sat as "processing" for two days before it shipped. After that it moved fast. The waiting at the start was the frustrating bit.

Sample review β€” demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

Two days in processing is longer than usual, Ganesh. We'll look at what held it.

price crept up

Slightly more than my last order a couple of months back. Still reasonable, and the service is good enough that I'm staying.

Response from Curapetz

Supplier costs do move, Aruna. We hold prices as long as we can. Thanks for staying.

packaging tape was a struggle

Took me a knife and five minutes to get into the box. Secure, certainly, but my mother wouldn't manage it.

Sample review β€” demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

That's a fair criticism, Ujwala β€” secure shouldn't mean impossible. We'll look at the taping.

Sorted a courier problem for me

Courier claimed I wasn't reachable. Instead of telling me to deal with it, support got on the phone with them and it was delivered next day.

Sample review β€” demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

Chasing the courier is our job, not yours, Rupali. Glad it was resolved quickly.

Damaged and leaking

The whole inside of the box was wet when it arrived. Clearly damaged in transit and sent out badly packed to begin with.

Sample review β€” demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

That should have been caught before dispatch, Ramnath. Please send a photo to support β€” we'll replace it and review how it was packed.

good, wish it had an applicator

Have to use my finger or a swab. A built-in applicator would be cleaner.

Sample review β€” demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

A swab is the hygienic option, Poornima. Noted on the design.

Good size for a first aid box

Small enough to keep with the bandages and not take over the shelf.

Response from Curapetz

Glad it fits the kit, Nirmal.
