Stock was accurate
Site said in stock and it actually was. I've had other places take the order then tell me three days later it wasn't available.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Stock counts update live, Manoj, so what you see should be what's on the shelf. Glad it held true.

Poor after a problem
Fine until something went wrong, then it was very hard to get a straight answer from anybody.

How we handle problems is the real test and we failed it here, Ashfaq. We'd like to put it right if you'll reply to your ticket.

Packaging soaked through
Parcel arrived wet after two days of rain and the carton was falling apart. Refused to accept it. No offer of a replacement until I asked three times.

Response from Curapetz
Refusing it was the right thing to do, Kirti, and you shouldn't have had to ask three times for a replacement. We're sorry — please reply to your ticket so we can put it right.

decent, packaging could be greener
A lot of plastic for a small order. I'd happily accept slightly less protection for less waste.

Response from Curapetz
We're moving towards paper-based fills where the item allows it, Nazia. Not everywhere yet.

packed for the heat
Ordered in May when it was over forty degrees here. Came with an insulated liner. Thoughtful.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Summer orders get the liner as standard on our side, Fatima. Glad it arrived in good condition.

Site said delivered, it wasn't
Marked delivered on Tuesday. Actually arrived Friday. Three days of assuming it had been stolen.

Response from Curapetz
A premature delivery scan causes exactly that panic, Mukesh. We've reported it to the courier.
