One pack for the whole house
Two dogs and a cat. Being able to buy a single product for all of them simplifies a chaotic morning.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Mixed households are easier with one product, Sadashiv. Dose each by their own weight.

Properly labelled
I've been burned before by a seller whose packs had a smudged batch number. This one had everything printed clearly, manufacturer details and all.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
That's a fair thing to be wary of, Ritu. We source only through licensed distributors and every pack should carry a legible batch and expiry.

no customer service at all
Three emails and two calls over a fortnight. Not one response. Had to raise it with my bank in the end.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Going two weeks without a reply is a serious failure, Hina. We are reviewing how these were missed and would still like to resolve it.

good, slightly slow
Four days rather than the two the site suggested. Product was exactly right and well packed, so only losing a star for the wait.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Four days is longer than we'd like, Divya. Delivery estimates vary by pin code but we'll look at why that route ran slow.

weight table is small print
Genuinely hard to read, and it's the one thing you must get right.

Response from Curapetz
Ask us or your vet if it's unclear rather than guessing, Anil.
