Packaging overkill
Three layers of bubble wrap for one small item felt excessive. I know it's to protect it but it's a lot of plastic.

seal was intact
What I check first is whether the foil is sealed properly and the expiry is legible. Both fine here. Packed in a small carton with bubble wrap, nothing loose.

Has to lie down, which risks the cap. Check your storage note first.
