Would order again
Nothing dramatic to report. Everything worked. That's what I want from a pharmacy.

Would like more payment options
No wallet option at checkout, only cards, UPI and COD. Minor, but I'd have used a wallet balance if I could.

Response from Curapetz
Wallet support is something we've been asked for before, Nikhil. It's on the list.

Order edit was allowed
Realised I'd picked the wrong quantity ten minutes after paying. Support fixed it before dispatch instead of telling me to cancel and reorder.

Response from Curapetz
Glad we caught it before it left, Mahesh. Message us quickly like that and we can usually amend.

order took two attempts
First payment failed with no explanation, second went through. Money from the first was held for a few days before coming back.

Response from Curapetz
Failed-payment holds are released by the bank, Sudhir, but we should have explained that at the time. Sorry.

Helpful on the phone
Called to ask whether the pack in my cart was the same one on my prescription. The person checked and confirmed the manufacturer. No rushing me off the line.

Response from Curapetz
Thanks Ayesha. Matching the pack to the prescription is a sensible check and we're glad to do it any time.

arrived quickly for a niche item
Assumed a specialist product would take a fortnight. Four days.

Response from Curapetz
Exotics stock moves the same as everything else, Prashant.

expiry was well out
Over eighteen months left. I'd read reviews elsewhere about near-expiry stock being dumped on online orders so I was checking.

Response from Curapetz
Fair check, Tanvi. We rotate stock so near-expiry packs don't go out on orders — if one ever does, tell us and we'll replace it.

scoop is easy to lose
Tiny and pale coloured against a pale powder. Mine vanished into the tub.

Response from Curapetz
A brighter scoop would help, Naina. Noted.

support answered on a Sunday
Wrote in asking whether the batch would have at least a year of expiry left. Got a reply the same day, on a weekend. Didn't expect that.

Response from Curapetz
Our inbox is covered over weekends too, Sneha. Glad you got what you needed without waiting until Monday.
