Damaged and leaking
The whole inside of the box was wet when it arrived. Clearly damaged in transit and sent out badly packed to begin with.

seal was broken
The seal was already punctured in two places when I opened the box. I would not use anything that arrived like that. Very disappointing.

Fine, but the outer box was dented
Product itself was sealed and perfectly okay. The courier had clearly dropped the parcel at some point — corner of the carton was crushed.
