fine, bottle is easy to misplace
So small it disappears in a drawer. I keep it in the original box now.

Response from Curapetz
The box is the safest home for it, Ritika.

no fuss from my cat
She doesn't seem to notice a couple of drops. That is unusual in this house.

A rare win with a cat, Prithvi.

label lists everything clearly
Potency and batch printed plainly on the bottle itself.

Response from Curapetz
Good to have on the bottle rather than only the box, Sudhanshu.

no complaints really
Arrived, correct, sealed. Four stars because I reserve five for something exceptional.

That's a fair policy, Meher. Thanks for the order.

easy to hold steady
Small enough for one hand while the other holds the dog. Counting drops needs both eyes though.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
It does need concentration, Kausar.

no substitutions without asking
They were out of the exact pack and called to ask rather than sending something similar. That one phone call earned my repeat business.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
We never swap a product without asking, Nivedita — it isn't ours to decide. Thanks for saying so.

Stock was accurate
Site said in stock and it actually was. I've had other places take the order then tell me three days later it wasn't available.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Stock counts update live, Manoj, so what you see should be what's on the shelf. Glad it held true.

Bill matched exactly
What I was quoted at checkout is what appeared on the card statement. Sounds obvious but it isn't always.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
It should be obvious, Girish — thanks for the vote of confidence.

Glass bottle with a proper pipette
Not a cheap plastic squeeze. Feels like it will survive being knocked off the counter.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Glass does hold up better, Nadeem, though mind the tiles.
