For a sensitive spot a spray would be easier than rubbing cream in. Otherwise good.

Damaged and leaking
The whole inside of the box was wet when it arrived. Clearly damaged in transit and sent out badly packed to begin with.

Fine, but the outer box was dented
Product itself was sealed and perfectly okay. The courier had clearly dropped the parcel at some point — corner of the carton was crushed.
