Three layers of bubble wrap for one small item felt excessive. I know it's to protect it but it's a lot of plastic.

The pack that arrived was within a month of expiry. Unusable for anything ongoing. Very poor.

cancelled after nine days
Site took the order, then the money, then went quiet. Nine days later I was told it was out of stock and cancelled. Refund is still pending.
