Cash on delivery worked
Prefer COD and it was offered without a fuss or an extra charge. Courier had change too.

delivered to the wrong flat
Went to 402 instead of 404. Neighbour passed it on. Product was untouched but it could easily have gone missing.

Response from Curapetz
That's a courier error and a lucky outcome, Emmanuel. We've reported the misdelivery.

Site logged me out at checkout
Had to log back in and rebuild the cart. Annoying but only cost me a few minutes, and the order itself was perfect.

Response from Curapetz
That shouldn't happen, Sanket. If it recurs, tell us the browser you're using and we'll chase it.

tube is small for the price
Good product, modest quantity. Goes quickly if you're treating more than a small area.

Response from Curapetz
Fair on the volume, Sana. We'll look at whether a larger tube is available.

Poor after a problem
Fine until something went wrong, then it was very hard to get a straight answer from anybody.

Spray nozzle works from any angle
Can hold the bottle sideways and it still sprays. Useful when the spot is awkward to reach.

Response from Curapetz
Angle-independent nozzles make life easier, Ajinkya. Follow your vet's guidance on use.

stains light fur slightly
Faint tint on a white coat. Washes out eventually but worth knowing.

Response from Curapetz
Genuinely useful for owners of pale-coated pets, Ishita. Thank you.

Never arrived
Marked delivered eight days ago. Nothing came. Watchman has no record of it. Still going back and forth with support.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
A parcel marked delivered that never arrived needs a courier investigation, Mohit, and we should be driving that, not you. Please reply to your ticket and we'll escalate it today.

worst delivery experience
Four rescheduled attempts, each one I waited in for. On the fourth the courier marked it refused. I never even saw him.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Four wasted days and a false refusal marking is unacceptable, Sneha. We're taking it up with the courier and would like to redeliver at your convenience.
