reordered for a friend
Ordered on behalf of a neighbour who doesn't use apps. Sent it directly to her address and it was no trouble at all.

Response from Curapetz
Sending to a different address is no problem at all, Ipsita. Kind of you to do it.

Average bottle design
Product seems fine. The bottle is slippery and the cap is small. Ordinary.

Response from Curapetz
Thanks Nasir. The design feedback is worth passing on.

no residue on the fur
Doesn't leave a crusty ring under the eye the way the last product did.

Response from Curapetz
Less cleaning up afterwards, Ritu. Thanks for the note.

Sorted a courier problem for me
Courier claimed I wasn't reachable. Instead of telling me to deal with it, support got on the phone with them and it was delivered next day.

Response from Curapetz
Chasing the courier is our job, not yours, Rupali. Glad it was resolved quickly.

Reasonable price, no drama
Ordered, paid, arrived. Price was fair. There is not much more I want from a pharmacy.

No drama is the goal, Lakshmi. Thank you.

Had to create an account
No guest checkout, which meant registering before I could order. Once done it was quick, and reordering is easier now, so I see the logic.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
An account lets us keep your prescriptions and invoices together, Kartik, which is why we ask. Glad the reorder is easier for it.

expiry was well out
Over eighteen months left. I'd read reviews elsewhere about near-expiry stock being dumped on online orders so I was checking.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Fair check, Tanvi. We rotate stock so near-expiry packs don't go out on orders — if one ever does, tell us and we'll replace it.

order took two attempts
First payment failed with no explanation, second went through. Money from the first was held for a few days before coming back.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Failed-payment holds are released by the bank, Sudhir, but we should have explained that at the time. Sorry.

short shelf life once opened
Understandable for an eye product but it means throwing away a good half bottle.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Discarding on schedule is the safe thing to do, Amol, even when it feels wasteful.
