Delivered to the office
Had it sent to my workplace since nobody is home during the day. The courier called first and it was done in a minute.

Response from Curapetz
An office address usually works well for daytime deliveries, Prashant. Glad it was easy.

no greasy bowl afterwards
Washes off the steel bowl with normal detergent rather than needing a scrub.

Thanks Suhas.

no substitutions without asking
They were out of the exact pack and called to ask rather than sending something similar. That one phone call earned my repeat business.

Response from Curapetz
We never swap a product without asking, Nivedita — it isn't ours to decide. Thanks for saying so.

Properly labelled
I've been burned before by a seller whose packs had a smudged batch number. This one had everything printed clearly, manufacturer details and all.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
That's a fair thing to be wary of, Ritu. We source only through licensed distributors and every pack should carry a legible batch and expiry.

app would be nice
Everything works on the mobile site but it's a bit fiddly. An actual app would make the monthly reorder quicker.

Response from Curapetz
Noted, Dhruv. The mobile site is where our effort is for now, but the feedback is logged.

slightly crushed carton
Cosmetic damage only, contents were fine. Mentioning it because someone else might get one worse than mine.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Thanks for flagging it rather than letting it go, Helen. If contents are ever affected, we replace.

fine, just slow
Eight days. Correct item, sealed, no damage. The wait is the only reason this isn't four or five.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Eight days is well outside our estimate, Tejas. Send the order number and we'll investigate the route.

expiry was well out
Over eighteen months left. I'd read reviews elsewhere about near-expiry stock being dumped on online orders so I was checking.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Fair check, Tanvi. We rotate stock so near-expiry packs don't go out on orders — if one ever does, tell us and we'll replace it.

good, slightly slow
Four days rather than the two the site suggested. Product was exactly right and well packed, so only losing a star for the wait.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Four days is longer than we'd like, Divya. Delivery estimates vary by pin code but we'll look at why that route ran slow.

no response for four days
Wrote twice about a wrong quantity and heard nothing until I posted on social media. It was sorted after that but it shouldn't take that.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Four days of silence is not acceptable and we're sorry. We're reviewing how that ticket was missed.
