count was short
Box stated one number, blister held fewer.

A short count is a packing fault, Uday. Please write in.

price crept up
Slightly more than last round. Still better than two separate packs.

Fine, but no weekend delivery here
Ordered Friday and nothing moved until Monday. Not their fault if the courier doesn't run, but worth knowing.

Response from Curapetz
Weekend coverage varies by pin code, Rohit. We'll make the cut-off clearer at checkout.

Damaged and leaking
The whole inside of the box was wet when it arrived. Clearly damaged in transit and sent out badly packed to begin with.

Response from Curapetz
That should have been caught before dispatch, Ramnath. Please send a photo to support — we'll replace it and review how it was packed.

quick with a query
Asked about the manufacturer before ordering. Reply came within the hour with a photo of the actual pack they'd send.

Happy to send a pack photo any time, Anjali — it saves a lot of back and forth.

the little things
Order slip inside listed everything clearly, and there was a small note about how to reach support. Nothing flashy, just organised.

Response from Curapetz
Organised is what we're going for, Madhavi. Thank you.

weight table is small print
Genuinely hard to read, and it's the one thing you must get right.

Response from Curapetz
Ask us or your vet if it's unclear rather than guessing, Anil.

neat little carton
Small thing but the box was the right size for the order, not a giant carton with air in it. Less waste.

Response from Curapetz
We try to match the box to the order, Shalini — good to hear it landed right.

weight bands cover both species
The table on the pack lists cats and dogs separately, so there's no guesswork.

Response from Curapetz
A clear table avoids mistakes, Rukaiya.
