had to reorder separately
Two of the three things I wanted were out of stock, so I ended up placing two orders and paying delivery twice.

Response from Curapetz
Paying delivery twice for our stock gap isn't fair, Suchitra. Write in next time and we'll waive the second.

fine, just slow
Eight days. Correct item, sealed, no damage. The wait is the only reason this isn't four or five.

Response from Curapetz
Eight days is well outside our estimate, Tejas. Send the order number and we'll investigate the route.

Would like more payment options
No wallet option at checkout, only cards, UPI and COD. Minor, but I'd have used a wallet balance if I could.

Response from Curapetz
Wallet support is something we've been asked for before, Nikhil. It's on the list.

Stock ran out mid-course
Went to reorder and it showed out of stock for about five days. Came back eventually. A notify-me button would help.

A restock alert is on our list, Alka. In the meantime our team can tell you an expected date if you write in.
