delivery charge added after payment

The total at checkout and the amount debited didn't match. Difference was small but I noticed.

Sample review — demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

The debited amount should match checkout exactly, Deepti. Send us the order number — if there's a discrepancy we'll refund it.

Fine, but no weekend delivery here

Ordered Friday and nothing moved until Monday. Not their fault if the courier doesn't run, but worth knowing.

Response from Curapetz

Weekend coverage varies by pin code, Rohit. We'll make the cut-off clearer at checkout.

hard to apply to a wriggling pup

He will not hold still for the few seconds needed. Entirely a me problem.

Response from Curapetz

Puppies are hard work, Digvijay. Two people is often easier than one.

quantity was short

Ordered two, one arrived, invoice said two. Sorted after a week of emails but I had to prove it with photographs.

Sample review — demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

Asking you to prove a shortfall before acting is the wrong instinct, Ritika. Sorry it took a week.

Screws on but doesn't feel firm. Hasn't leaked yet.

Bill matched exactly

What I was quoted at checkout is what appeared on the card statement. Sounds obvious but it isn't always.

Sample review — demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

It should be obvious, Girish — thanks for the vote of confidence.

happy enough

Good price, fair delivery time, correct item. The website design is a bit cluttered but that's cosmetic.

Response from Curapetz

Thanks Kalpana. Cleaning up the layout is ongoing work.

Ordered for the shelter

We run a small rescue in Kalyan and this gets prescribed fairly often. Bulk ordering here saved us a good amount this month. Invoice was GST compliant which our accounts person needed.

Sample review — demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

Thanks Salim — glad the GST invoice worked for your accounts. Write to us if a rescue order ever needs splitting across addresses.

sprays unevenly

Sometimes a mist, sometimes a dribble. Inconsistent from the same bottle.

Sample review — demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

Inconsistent spray is worth reporting, Waseem — send us the batch number.
