Cheaper than my clinic
Same pack my vet's dispensary sells for almost two hundred more. I still get it checked by him, but for the refill I'll order here.

Response from Curapetz
Thanks Farhan. Checking the refill with your vet first is exactly the right habit — we're happy to be the convenient part of it.

prices are honest
Compared against three other pet pharmacies and a physical shop. Not always the cheapest but never the one quietly adding delivery on at the end.

Response from Curapetz
No surprise charges at checkout is something we hold to, Kunal. Thanks for noticing.

Helpful on the phone
Called to ask whether the pack in my cart was the same one on my prescription. The person checked and confirmed the manufacturer. No rushing me off the line.

Response from Curapetz
Thanks Ayesha. Matching the pack to the prescription is a sensible check and we're glad to do it any time.

careful with a fragile order
Had a glass item in the same order and it came wrapped separately with extra padding. Someone was paying attention when packing.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Fragile items get packed separately, Leena. We'll pass the compliment to the warehouse team.

good, slightly slow
Four days rather than the two the site suggested. Product was exactly right and well packed, so only losing a star for the wait.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Four days is longer than we'd like, Divya. Delivery estimates vary by pin code but we'll look at why that route ran slow.

kept me posted
Got an SMS at dispatch, one when it reached the local hub, one on the morning of delivery. Never had to go looking for an update.

Response from Curapetz
That's the sequence we aim for, Aditya. Thanks for confirming it landed as intended.

Cancelled an order an hour after placing it. Money was back in three working days without me chasing.

Cancellations before dispatch refund automatically, Vandana. Glad it moved quickly.

Packaging overkill
Three layers of bubble wrap for one small item felt excessive. I know it's to protect it but it's a lot of plastic.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Fair point, Swati. We're trialling lighter protection for small items — feedback like this is what pushes it along.

Support was fine, just slow
Took about a day and a half to reply to an email. The answer was clear and correct when it came.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
A day and a half is slower than our target, Vikrant. WhatsApp is usually quicker if you need something urgently.

Would like more payment options
No wallet option at checkout, only cards, UPI and COD. Minor, but I'd have used a wallet balance if I could.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Wallet support is something we've been asked for before, Nikhil. It's on the list.
