support answered on a Sunday
Wrote in asking whether the batch would have at least a year of expiry left. Got a reply the same day, on a weekend. Didn't expect that.

never ordering again
Wrong item, slow refund, rude on the phone. Three separate failures on one order.

Response from Curapetz
All three of those are on us, Vaishali, and the rudeness least excusable of all. We're sorry. If you'll reply to your ticket we'll make the refund right.

Ordered for the shelter
We run a small rescue in Kalyan and this gets prescribed fairly often. Bulk ordering here saved us a good amount this month. Invoice was GST compliant which our accounts person needed.

Response from Curapetz
Thanks Salim — glad the GST invoice worked for your accounts. Write to us if a rescue order ever needs splitting across addresses.

Ordered late at night
Placed it at half past eleven and it still went out the next morning. Impressive turnaround for a small order.

Response from Curapetz
Orders before midnight usually make the next morning's dispatch, Rajat. Glad yours did.

good for a working household
Both of us work and getting to a shop before it closes is a real problem. Ordering at night and having it arrive has genuinely made this easier.

Response from Curapetz
That's exactly the gap we're trying to fill, Sarita. Thanks for the note.

Asked about the manufacturer before ordering. Reply came within the hour with a photo of the actual pack they'd send.

Middling
Does the job as a shop. Website is a bit slow on mobile and I got logged out during checkout once.

The mobile checkout issue is worth us chasing, Sameer — thanks for flagging it. Let us know if it recurs.

Fine product, poor communication
Heard nothing between the order confirmation and the parcel arriving nine days later. No dispatch mail, no tracking.

Response from Curapetz
You should have had a dispatch mail with tracking, Bipin. We'll check why it didn't send.
