came in two parcels
Ordered three items and they arrived on different days in separate boxes with no warning. Everything turned up eventually.

Response from Curapetz
Split shipments happen when items sit in different warehouses, Trupti, but we should tell you upfront. We'll fix that notification.

Reliable over six months
Ordering monthly since around March. One late delivery in that time, and they wrote to tell me before I noticed.

packaging discreet
Plain outer box with no indication of what's inside. Sounds trivial but I'd rather my building's security didn't inspect it.

Response from Curapetz
All our parcels go out in plain outer packaging, Anand. Thanks for mentioning it.

tube is easy to squeeze
Soft enough that I get a controlled amount rather than half the tube at once.

Arrived before the clinic could
Ordered Tuesday night, courier handed it over Thursday morning. My vet had said it might take a week to arrange locally so this was a relief.

Response from Curapetz
Thanks Rohan — glad the courier moved quickly on that one. Do keep the invoice handy for your next refill.

tip stays clean
Doesn't crust over between uses, so the next application isn't a wrestling match with the cap.
