Damaged and leaking
The whole inside of the box was wet when it arrived. Clearly damaged in transit and sent out badly packed to begin with.

Fine, but the outer box was dented
Product itself was sealed and perfectly okay. The courier had clearly dropped the parcel at some point — corner of the carton was crushed.

wrong item sent
Ordered one thing and a different one arrived. Had to stop and go back to the vet before doing anything. Replacement was sent but I lost most of a week.
