box is bulky for the contents
Lots of air inside. Takes up more shelf than it needs to.

cancelled after nine days
Site took the order, then the money, then went quiet. Nine days later I was told it was out of stock and cancelled. Refund is still pending.

Response from Curapetz
Taking payment for stock we didn't have is our error, Naveen, and nine days to tell you makes it worse. Send us the order number and we'll chase the refund directly.

packaging tape was a struggle
Took me a knife and five minutes to get into the box. Secure, certainly, but my mother wouldn't manage it.

Response from Curapetz
That's a fair criticism, Ujwala — secure shouldn't mean impossible. We'll look at the taping.

no customer service at all
Three emails and two calls over a fortnight. Not one response. Had to raise it with my bank in the end.

Response from Curapetz
Going two weeks without a reply is a serious failure, Hina. We are reviewing how these were missed and would still like to resolve it.

Arrived safely, slow dispatch
Sat as "processing" for two days before it shipped. After that it moved fast. The waiting at the start was the frustrating bit.

Response from Curapetz
Two days in processing is longer than usual, Ganesh. We'll look at what held it.

powder is fine, not gritty
Dissolves rather than sitting as grains at the bottom of the bowl.
