Cap locks shut

Twist lock on the nozzle means it doesn't discharge in the cupboard or in a bag.

Response from Curapetz

Handy if you keep one in the car, Sohail.

fine mist rather than a jet

Doesn't startle my dog. The previous one came out like a water pistol and he bolted.

Response from Curapetz

A gentler mist helps a lot with a nervous dog, Ramya.

no strong chemical smell

Mild. My cat didn't immediately try to clean it off, which is the usual problem.

Response from Curapetz

Cats and topical products are a constant battle, Farida. Ask your vet about a collar if she does persist.

Delivery tracking actually updated

Most sites give you a tracking link that sits on "shipped" for three days. This one moved through each stage properly so I knew when to be home.

Response from Curapetz

Thanks Nitin. Tracking pushes straight through from the courier, so it should stay current β€” glad it did.

wrong item sent

Ordered one thing and a different one arrived. Had to stop and go back to the vet before doing anything. Replacement was sent but I lost most of a week.

Sample review β€” demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

Sending the wrong item is a serious picking error, Geeta, and stopping to check with your vet was the right call. We're reviewing how it happened.

honest about a delay

They emailed to say the order would be two days late because of a transport strike. Would rather be told than left guessing.

Sample review β€” demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

Telling you early is the least we can do when something's outside our control, Sujata. Thanks for understanding.

good, wish it had an applicator

Have to use my finger or a swab. A built-in applicator would be cleaner.

Sample review β€” demonstration data

Response from Curapetz

A swab is the hygienic option, Poornima. Noted on the design.
