clear instructions for a first timer
First litter and I had no idea. The leaflet was written plainly rather than assuming experience.

Response from Curapetz
Glad it was readable, Aarti. Your vet is there for anything the leaflet doesn't cover.

scoop got lost in the pouch
Buried every time. A clip would help.

Response from Curapetz
A clip would be handy, Sadiq.

Refill arrived in time
Timed the order so it would land before the current pack ran out and it came two days early. Planning around this store is straightforward.

Response from Curapetz
Glad the timing worked, Gaurav. If a refill ever looks tight, drop us a note and we'll check dispatch for you.

instructions assume one pup
Nothing about scaling for a litter. Had to work it out with the vet.

no strong smell
Pups took to it without hesitation, which I'd been warned might be a struggle.

solid
No issues. Delivered on time, correctly labelled. Holding back the fifth star only because I've used them once.

Response from Curapetz
That's reasonable, Yusuf. Hope the next order earns it.

Small pack suits a short stage
Puppies grow out of this quickly so a small pack means less waste.

prices are honest
Compared against three other pet pharmacies and a physical shop. Not always the cheapest but never the one quietly adding delivery on at the end.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
No surprise charges at checkout is something we hold to, Kunal. Thanks for noticing.

Good for an old dog on repeats
My labrador is thirteen and there is always something on repeat from the vet. Having one place that stocks it reliably takes a lot of hassle out of the month.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Thirteen is a good innings, Suresh. Glad the repeats are one less thing to organise.
