careful with a fragile order
Had a glass item in the same order and it came wrapped separately with extra padding. Someone was paying attention when packing.

Response from Curapetz
Fragile items get packed separately, Leena. We'll pass the compliment to the warehouse team.

Order edit was allowed
Realised I'd picked the wrong quantity ten minutes after paying. Support fixed it before dispatch instead of telling me to cancel and reorder.

Response from Curapetz
Glad we caught it before it left, Mahesh. Message us quickly like that and we can usually amend.

handled a wrong address well
I'd saved an old address by mistake. Called them and they redirected the parcel mid transit. No charge for it either.

Response from Curapetz
We can usually redirect before the final hub, Bhaskar. Glad we caught yours in time.

Bought during a sale
Picked it up in a sale and the discount actually applied at checkout without a code. Delivery wasn't slower for being a sale order either.
Sample review — demonstration data
Response from Curapetz
Sale orders go out on the same schedule, Harsh. Glad the discount applied cleanly.

Helpful on the phone
Called to ask whether the pack in my cart was the same one on my prescription. The person checked and confirmed the manufacturer. No rushing me off the line.

Response from Curapetz
Thanks Ayesha. Matching the pack to the prescription is a sensible check and we're glad to do it any time.

Average experience
Product came as described. Delivery was ordinary. Support took two days to answer a simple question. Nothing bad, nothing memorable.

Two days is slower than our usual, Rajeev. Thanks for the honest middle-of-the-road review — we'd rather know.

Sorted a courier problem for me
Courier claimed I wasn't reachable. Instead of telling me to deal with it, support got on the phone with them and it was delivered next day.

Response from Curapetz
Chasing the courier is our job, not yours, Rupali. Glad it was resolved quickly.

fine but pricey for the size
Small pack, not a small price. Worth it in an emergency though.
